The ROPME list of Approved Oil Spill Chemicals is as follows:

• Corexit 9500 (for sea and beach, but not for rocky shore)
• Dasic Slickgone NS
• Finasol OSR 52
• OD 4000 (PE 998)
• Radiagreen OSD
• Super - dispersant 25
  

The existing stocks of Inipol IP 80 and Inipol 90 may still be used away from rocky shorelines.

In case of using any other product which not approved it’s considered a violation and a penalty will be imposed.
